Hello my mane is Mike and I have [3] of the 24"x72" cookers like the "poster" stated below. I love mine and each is a little different. Mine has that 36" Open Pit Grill on the front and we have another with the Fish Fryers up front.
I had him add the inside damper thingy you came up with too and they work great to spike the heat a little.
Anyway I was just checking Sir.
