Cajun Fest at May Farms in Byers tomorrow. 250#s of live crawfish arrived this afternoon from LA. . Crawfish etouffeeeeeeee, crawfish boil will happen, and Cajun food out the ying yang! I even have Cajun Pulled Pork and Delta style cole slaw to fix it up...and might even have some grit enhanced cornbread....Oh Baby....you ain't tried that one yet...Fresh batch of Boudin is in the makins right now!
