Sounds like they are trying to make it look like a bigger bargin then it is, while increaseing their profits.
Keeping in mind that when they purchase and ship their product their prices may increase, but when broken down into per pound or per case cost it doesn't justify this type of price increase.
Guess I'll be picking up the butts that went on sale today for $.99 a pound at the local Meijers (they've been IBPs lately).
