I guess what you are saying is your family and friends, not sure if they are team mates, think it's easy to win.
The experience I had was when I first started cooking in competition and I told someone about it. All he wanted to know was did I win? Otherwise worthless was the message. He knew nothing about our hobby, only my back yard food and he was lucky to get that lol.
Umm, excuse me, how about did I cook at all? Did I get off the porch? Everyone who tries to cook at a competition wins if you ask me, it's that challenging and fun at the same time. Cheers, M.A.
