Not sure what gave you the impression that Clems just opened, but they have been there for years.
They did just recently add a dining deck area though.
Another very good place to try is "Big Momma's House of Soul" in Pittsburgh's "Strip district". Believe me, you won't leave hungry or disappointed. That is in the market district refered to as "The Strip", (not an area of ill repute). She is at the corner of Penn Ave. and 16th St. A very nice lady known as Big Momma and her sons run it. Hours are 12:00- 8:00pm. The whole strip is loaded with places to eat and buy fresh food. Don't pass up the opportunity to check it out before going back home.
