If you can please look at gel packs instead of dry ice. I was going to ship some tamales and sausage but the distance it had to travel would not allow me to get enough dry ice in it to make it there without having to overnight it. The shipping companies only allow so much dry ice and it has to be labeled as hazardous material if you ship with it. Most of what I read said to use gel packs as they last longer than dry ice. Weight is going to be your biggest problem and will drive the cost up to get it shipped there quickly.
