Your post was an interesting answer to BOS's question. Rather than write, "No, I don't think it needs it," or even something more arrogant like, "No, mine never needs sauce," you chose to more or less declare that anyone who does use sauce isn't "properly" seasoning and cooking his/her butt. Rather than simply answer the question, you calmly pounded your chest, proclaimed it's your way or it's wrong, and snuck in a nice dig at me with your little "even in KC" close. Now, is that an interesting interpretation of your post, or is it the correct interpretation of your post?
