well, that's what we need in the hobby: more chest pounding.
From where I'm sitting, the best of the best right now is Quau in Chicken, Pellet Envy in Ribs, and Buttrub.com in pork and brisket. Any-given-weekend winners and anecdotal bests have their merits, but the teams at the top are proven all year. And all of the above should be able to answer questions without bagging on others.
