I'm not really all that concerned about the sauce/no sauce question. The sauce-is-a-crutch concept is a different discussion (it'd probably be more fun, too). And I'm sure a lot of people cook better pork than we do without using sauce. But when someone specifically and personally slams something I post, I'm obliged to respond.
