The teams you list I assume are the team of the year winners in each category. The difference between them and me and probably many others is they have the luxury of being able to compete on a regular basis. (Now that shows my arrogance.)

I'm not an any given weekend winner. I've never even won a sanctioned contest, but have plenty of dust collectors with 1st place pork printed on them. Never used sauce on any of the entries. One of those dust collectors is a 180 pin. Another is for 1st place pork at Cabela's invitational in Kansas City a couple of years ago. Most of the best teams in the country were there. Were you?
