I go to the UPS store and they have two different size containers. One can fit about 6-8 ribs and some pulled pork or brisket. I then buy dry ice at Hy Vee about 7 lbs or so you can only really ship 5 lbs of dry ice I believe. Then depending on the location to ship I go with Fed Ex or UPS and take it in as late as possible for Next day delivery.
