Thanks everybody for their answers,for the record I've not been one to use sauce in competition,my saying is."we'll put sauce to the side cause we aint got nuttin to hide" but a friend of mine says a good enty needs just a tad of sauce especially on the bark sorda like a glaze so i was just wondering,once again thanks guys
