I was cleaning off the DR and ran across a foodtv episode that features Gary West meats. Great show, and I saw a sceen where the meat guys were dropping sheets of meat through what looked like a paper shredder. It basically sliced the meat evenly- like a bread sliver a Panera.

what in the world is that gadget?
