I smoked my first rack of ribs for the year in my WSM and I am trying to perfect it.

Can anyone help me find a few answers to my questions below.

1) What is the ideal temp. to cook baby backs.

2) Should I use aluminum foil?

3)How do I make it fall off the bone?

4) How long should I smoke my ribs?
