1) What is the ideal temp. to cook baby backs. I like to cook at 225* but they are cooked from 225* to 275*.
2) Should I use aluminum foil? You don't have to.
3)How do I make it fall off the bone? Overcook them.
4) How long should I smoke my ribs? Until you pick the rack up and they bend in the middle as if they are going to break apart. If they break apart then the meat will fall off the bone.
