well, its more of a publicity stunt than anything doug. we're having the porkburger pattie ring made by roger of horizon(again). it is a double sided situation, that can be flipped if neccessary. last year we did use a giant pizza peel. the peel wouldn't handle the weight we're dealing with this year. so, i've taken a normal spatula to a local machine shop, along with scale drawings of a giant one. i'm thinking 3' wide, with a handle 1' wide, by around 4-5' long. the handle will be made of (2) 2x12"s. it should be hilarious, and i've never seen anything like it. i figured we could carry it under our arms :).
