Hands down, the Edgepro (I ahve the Pro model) is the best thing I've ever used. It's been said before, makes your Knives 'scary sharp' ain't no exageration. Call and talk to Ben Dale, nice guy, send him a knife and he'll sharpen it for free and send it back. They're a little spendy and worth every cent.
