Tony Stone smoked 80 briskets for a KCBS appearance at the Franklin Heritage Food and Wine Fest in Franklin, TN. The festival was in conjunction with the Southern Foodways Alliance and celebrated uniquely American food. He was one of six pitmasters, along with Chris Lilly who did chicken. Tony rocked the house. Brisket sold out and a bunch of homesick folks from Texas said it was the best they'd ever eaten. A nice day for spreading the gospel of barbecue. Catherine
