I just got home from talking to the guy at the local BBQ shop about his traeger mobile pit. He told me he was told he did not need a license for hit pit. He has been renting it out for over a year now with out a license.
The thing that has me confused is you don't see a plate on a log splitter or on different farm things being towed.
I guess I will have to make some phone calls to find out for sure.
