I have been using a Brinkmann Deluxe Gourmet smoker for a number of years now with great success. This is the green one which the center section lifts off or the base where the charcoal pan sits. There are some simple and inexpensive mods to improve this smoker's performance. An internet search will get you started. The only thing I have done to mine is add a charcoal grate to the charcoal pan and block off the bottom air vent a little. I can get an seven to eight hour burn without a problem. I do have to add water once. They are available at Lowes for $50.
