Thanks everyone for the great advice. I've been working on cooking low and slow on the Weber Kettle for the past 2 months and I've been having pretty good success, I'll just stick with that until I can get the WSM.
Is it possible to do a longer cook on the Kettle, like a shoulder or a briskett?
