went pretty good, some butts went to 205, i was alittle worried that they maybe mushy. i had a drip pan on the lower shelf, i think it might have slowed down the lower butts from reaching temps. there was 9 degrees difference, between the lower shelf and the upper to shelfs of butts. when i pulled them, and they cooled a bit, they actually came out good. added the reduced juices and some additional spices. i got alot of good comments. all in all, first time cook turned out pretty good. worried for nothing. wanna thank all of you for your input. time to practice again this weekend for State Center coming up
