We vend there but on the moderate side...just sausage on a stick thing. Always good for 1 K to cover costs of the comp. That's all we look for, any thing else is gravy! They really hype the vendors, so don't get too overloaded. They have good stats for the event. Depends on what you are serving and the price. It is a Mountain event and the pockets have been pretty deep in the past. Don't know how the fuel prices will affect things this year. Just a wild ass guess on my part, but there will probably be less mouths this year than in the past.
You have good food, good prices, and the weather is good, you should be fine.
