I would if I had a turkey fryer. Others use the side burner on their gasser. I've used Weber starter cubes and they work good. Can't stand the newspaper route because of the blowing ash but I usually use about 3 or 4 feet of paper towels sprayed with Pam. Does a good job and their's only one piece to pick up afterward.
