I use my 160K btu turkey burner too. Everything else just takes too long. One hint though, don't go off and forget and leave your charcoal chimney on your burner with the burner lit. It tends to melt those nice Weber chimneys. Also, don't leave your chimney on the burner after you've turned it off either. It will fill your burner full of cinders from the charcoal.
