I use the bag from the charcoal. One tip I have learned is to separate the layers of paper (Kingsford bags have three layers I think)and the paper burns more effeciently. I just tear down to the level of the charcoal - less trash to deal with in the end. Only down side is the ash, but not that big of a deal to me. One note - I started doing this because I seem to never be able to find the paper when I need it and my turkey burner is mounted to my trailer.
