I have a fathers day story I guess. I brought some brisket in to work from a practice cook that turned out ok. A coworker guy who likes to cook on a gasser had some and said ummm I am cooking brisket this weekend, this takes it to a new level how do you do this? It was all about cooking the point longer and chopping it with the flat later, whatever. But he got it so he will have a good day thanks to all I have learned here. M.A.
