Not sure how to decipher this post but propane IMO no flavor. They "flavour" the gas with a rotten egg smell so you can actually smell it when it leaks out. Maybe that was the whole doggy part of the post but I'm not sure. I 'm not that quite spent yet. Sure you can control the heat but a Stoker/Guru can control it better.

If such pits were allowed I'm sure they would be quickly eliminated which was probably the reason for the rule in the first place. Weed out what does NOT work versus those that have a chance to allow for true comps.

You're are funny though with the army men! My brother used to melt them in winter in our fireplace and his final product was a molten plate of green and black goo of them fighting themselves. he-he

You should come out clean sometime as your puzzles are very entertaining and you've given us much enjoyment. Please post more often.
