I do them quite a bit, though for some reason i prefer the Butt. For sure do the rub, but the injection is optional. If you choose to inject, a mix of apple juice, Jack Daniels, and some rub mixed in works well. and hour to an hour and a half is about right, though i get much closer to an hour a pound on the big ones, and a 1.5 on the smaller ones.
