Aa Gene posted, go with the larger chamber. I think Horizon makes a "hog cooker", a unit with just one door for easy access. I would go with the 24" minimum. Personally I think the 30" would be the idea size. But you need to consider that when you go bigger, you have a lot more weight, more weight equals more axles equals more cost.
