Hey Lulu, try mixing some good Ground Chuck with Salt, Pepper, Adobo Without Pepper and Garlic Powder. After mixing that all together, form a nice pattie together about 1/2" thick. Then form another just like it. Place a piece of Velveeta PepperJack cheese about 3/8" thick on one of the patties and then place the other on top. Pack them pretty good and then get to your grill and start grillin. Add a couple of slices of bacon (can't forget the pork fat) on top and serve. Put this all on a roll with some good juicy tomatoes, lettuce and onion and you've got a real piece of happiness right there. You won't even need any comdiments. Don't forget to toast your roll and only cook it at most to Med-Well. Enjoy!
