Although I am judging Dillard and Lebanon (kinda back to back) in Augst, on the 23nd of August,someone in my office wants to fly with me to Memphis (he wants to taste true BBQ, never has) in a 24 hour period that we have to spend there and eat and sample as much BBQ as possible.

My question to y'all is I have not been in awhile (Memphis) , but I like and remember Cozy Corners, Leonards and Interstate and maybe Charlies V's, but am I missing something? I'm open to eating( and over eating) at several places, sampling here and there, even if its in Northern MS.

I would welcome and be open for any suggestions.
