Man those look great,i used loinbacks for 2-3 years but switched to st.louis style they seem to have a better flavor plus my main reason was the bones had no hump in em in other words i could place em and didnt have to worry about em falling.I'd need to see em in a turn-in tray but all in all they look great,make sure you give em a full box of meat.I get 11 ribs to a box
