I am smoking a couple of butts this weekend on my WSM. I usually put the butts on at 4:00am, and take them off around 3:30pm or 4:00pm depending on when I hit my temp. We will probably eat around 6:30, and I was thinking about throwing some chicken thighs, legs and breasts onto the WSM when I take the butts off. How long do I need to smoke the chicken and at what temp?
