Oops, I was talking about the FE 100, sorry for the exempion in original post. Watched Dead End Society cook on one of those in Greenwood this year, nice cooker. We were in backyard and they helped us sooo much, can't thank those guys enough.
Thanks to all for your input. I liked the one about making a decision on an oven that smokes, or a smoker. (The 3 blind monkeys was funny as He**). My wife in her infinite wisdom (remember she is the CFO around the house) suggested starting with a cheaper cabinet type smoker and see how the competition thing works out, may not like it after a year or two. So, by Greenwood next year I will have made a purchase decision and will be using whatever then.
