Sausage, Egg and Cheese Wraps. Ground breakfast sausage, scrambled liquid eggs and hot pepper cheese in a tortilla. Lay out the wrap, add the ingredients and fold. If you have a hot lamp you could prepare some and hold them there. Real eggs are nice but for vending like you do liquid eggs are the way to go. Good luck with that Frank. Have a swell weekend.
