Steve, nice choice of words. Thanks for taking the time to put into words the way I've been trying to explain it to my non-BBQ friends.
I'm going to print your post and keep it, putting it in my BBQ scrapbook, it may be the only thing to remember this day from in years to come, if we don't get our name pulled today.
