Use Myron's fast cooked method and you can do them Sat. morning. I have done many this way for groups and it is a snap. Put in Smoker rubbed and unwrapped at 350 deg. for 2 hours. Wrap and back in smoker for 2 hours or until temp. is 200 deg. Leave on another 30 minutes and then pull off and rest for 30 minutes before slicing. Total time 4 1/2 hours in smoker and 30 minutes resting.
