I have lived here in Louisville forever and nobody cooks mutton around here so you will have to travel about 2 1/2 hours towards Owensboro to get some. Bootleg BBQ has some good food, pig city is OK too, but if you like oysters go to Mazzonis instead. They are located right next to pig city on hwy 60 in middletown. Get 2 rolled oysters and ask for their homemade hot sauce and you are set.
