Not as smart as you Chet - I haven't figured out how to move this hobby into a way to MAKE money instead of spend it like you have. ;)
I kind of felt funny giving advice on making sliced pork since we don't do it down here in Dixie, but it seemed like somebody had to throw the poor guy a rope. You know what they say: give a man a fish and you feed him for the day, but show him how to cook pork butt and there'll be leftovers all week!
