Pretty sure I didn't make the TV but everything went well and the client was happy. Sorry, but no pics. I pulled the hog at 4:30 and was planning to let it rest and do a real nice garnish job on it but when all those people saw that pig come out they were on it like cats on a salmon pattie. Got $25 worth of garnish left over. Looks like kale soup and wilted lettuce salad for supper with mixed fruit tart for dessert.
