Heres the story. We were doing a contest in Park City, Ks. My youngest grandson was running around and got his foot hooked up in the cables to my DIGIQII. Well, it hit the pavement and the seal broke and opened the case. Good ole duck tape came to the rescue and we finished the contest. It still worked great! I sent it back to GURU to have the case resealed. They didn't bat an eye, fixed it and shipped it back to me with NO charges! What great service!
Thank you Guru!
