Homemade pizza last nite while the butts were smoking and this is what came out at 8 this morning. 50# of cranberry tumbled butts. Now to pull and toss with the collected defatted broth. I believe for lunch I'll have one of those pulled pork Reuben's Chez made yesterday... fo shore dat... ;-)
