Or chop them fine and cover with a little olive oil and put in a small plastic container in the freezer. Nuke for a few seconds, scoop out what you need and back into the deep freeze. I've had these for over a year and they're still fine outside of a little freezer burn on the top of a couple that can be easily scraped off. Just had some last nite. The lighter colored containers are the ones with the olive oil, it freezes kinda white like most fat. The other ones are packed with a bit of salt and chopped garlic, all done in the food processor in a few minutes. Caution "wear gloves", that stuff will damned near burn the hide off your fingers, and other misc things.....so I've heard anyway ;-(
