Probably then the KCBS should change direction and become a for profit business. The word Society should be deleted. The members don't need a Bylaws change they need a complete overhaul of what it was started from. I remeber that one of the original rules was not to take it to seriously. I understand why that changed because of the size it is and the dollars involved. I just think then it should go and be a for profit intity and change the name if that so important to get away from the roots of it. Times change. People change. Let them vote on it and the members will make the correct choice.
