Ok, I am reluctant to stick my toe into this at all since I really don't know, and don't really care to know the politics involved. But if I am reading the motion correctly it was to put the change onto the January ballot that would allow the total membership to vote on it. I would point out that doesn't necessarily mean that those who voted in favor of putting on the ballot are in favor of the change, and for that matter it doesn't necessarily mean that those who voted against putting it on the ballot are opposed to the change. I thought one of the cries I have heard on here was that more changes like this should be voted on by the total membership.
