I guess the perspective is different for different folks. The awards were announced at the posted time. We were done with all of the results with plenty of time, the event closes after awards and the organizers wanted to keep it alive as long as possible.
Things were quite organized for this first time test. What I am referring to is the onsite judging, since you did not mention that.
We received feedback from many teams and judges and they loved it.
