IMHO, stash those speakers and pick up a couple Bose outdoor rated speakers. I have 8 Bose line radiator speakers we used on a rail car that toured the United States carrying the Olympic flame for two Olympics. (Atlanta and Salt Lake) Those speakers took 130 MPH winds (going 70 MPH into a 60 MPH wind) with rain and ice for over 12,000 miles and they still sound fantastic. I don't think you are going to do that.
