I have only been at this for 2 years and what don't understand is
what's the problem. Here we are doing something we enjoy,meeting great people and cooking some of the best food money can buy. My
team did 7 contest last year and went to the stage in 4 of them and finished in the 600's in toy. Who cares, when I stop having fun
then I will complain but until then I will keep trying to be the
best I can be at every contest we enter.
