Going to first festival march 14th a St. Patties Day event. I would like to ask for your help. How much product do I take with me for this event I am serving chicken, ribs (st louis and BB) pork shoulder, hog wings and grilled corn on the cob, also slaw, baked beans, and corn bread. This fair should see about 60,000 people in one day. The event organizer said I will sell 3000-4000 units. Any suggestions? Thank-you
